You are a New Avon Rep!  Here is what to do now

Congratulations, on becoming a new Avon Rep!  You have made one of the best decisions of your life.  You can earn three ways:  Sales to your local customers (within delivery range), sales online through your direct ship website (mostly people outside delivery boundaries) and also one of the highest earning opportunities:  LEADERSHIP  – PLEASE ASK ME ABOUT THIS! You have joined a leading global beauty company and one of the world’s largest direct sellers. Avon has almost $9 billion in annual revenue. Its product line includes beauty, fashion and home products, with such well-recognized brand names as Avon ColorANEWSkin-So-SoftAdvance TechniquesAvon Daily Care .   We are AVON North America which is now a private company and we do not do animal testing.  

Now that you are an Avon Rep, here are a few simple steps to help you get started to becoming a successful Avon Representative!


* Register your account online

– go to avon.com and click on “Welcome New Avon Rep – Set up you Account Now

New Avon Rep Log In

– enter your account #, your district # and the last 4 #’s of your social SS#

– verify your information and Say yes to becoming an E-Representative

this  will set up your web store where your friends and family can shop   online. EXAMPLE:  www.youravon.com/(you decide what goes here)



TRAINING

*After you’ve entered the site, you should immediately begin taking the Avon University Courses.

As a new Avon Rep, the link to these online training courses is under the Avon University tab on the homepage once you log in and then click on the Avon University. It usually does not work from a cell phone, but you can try it.

Once your E-Store is up, you will go to edit estore to add your personal photo or change any of the selections that have a pencil mark next to them. You can do that from avon.com. Click on web office, then click on Edit my Estore, then on the top left of the page click on the pencil to edit and add your photo. Avon keeps the site updated for you.  If you go to Personalization Tool, under “manage my store” you can add “customer preferences, customize your invoice information, and add a little something about yourself.

Tell EVERYONE what your website address:

  • Put your website address in your email signature.
  • Text it to everyone in your contact list.
  • Put it on your business card and back of your brochures. I use vista print for my business cards.
  • You may want to purchase an ink stamp with your contact info if you are ordering lots of brochures or even easier use your office on your computer to print out labels.  If you buy the labels they are Avery Laser Address Labels, no. 5160.  Costco keeps them in stock at a great price.

PLACING YOUR ORDERS:

*Orders are placed every two weeks and you may place your order any day during the 2-week period but it needs to be placed by 5 pm eastern standard time on your last order day (it is okay to place the order the night before).  Remember you can now place several orders within those 2 weeks and they all count toward your best earnings level.  Typically, the earlier within a campaign that you order, the best chance of products being available.

KEEP YOUR STORE OPEN AT ALL TIMES WITH YOUR BROCHURES!!– Here is the chart for your New Rep Earnings Opportunities

THIS LINK WILL SHOW YOU YOUR POTENTIAL EARNINGS AS A NEW AVON REP FOR YOUR 1st 8 CAMPAIGNS.
A NEW PROGRAM FOR BRAND NEW REPS IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING – IT IS CALLED PATHWAY TO PREMIER.
25% commission plus $20 bonus for every $200 and 10% for every $1,000!  As a new rep, you earn 25% commission on beauty and 20% on home and fashion as long as your orders each campaign total $40 or more.
New reps can earn up to 25% plus 20% bonus for every $200 in award sales per campaign as well as a 10% bonus when you reach $1,000 cumulative sales.  New reps who meet each goal along the way have the potential to earn up to 65% profit for their first 8 campaigns!
To make things even sweeter, Avon just added to more incentives in Sept 2020.  When a new rep reached $1,000 in the first 8 campaigns there will be a $100 bonus plus 100 lip balms – yes, I said 100 to give out to your favorite customers or to sell as you wish.
At the $500 milestone, the new rep receives a $50 bonus plus 50 lip balms!  What an amazing opportunity!

*To invest in your business, you will need to purchase your most important  business tool every campaign-Your brochures! After all, this is YOUR STORE! Keep in mind you are ordering brochures for 2 campaigns ahead of the one you started in.

BROCHURES ARE ORDERED IN PACKS OF 10, NOT INDIVIDUALLY –  for instance if you want 50 brochures you would enter the number 5 in the brochure order box, if you want 100 you would enter the number 10

My recommendation is to order no less than 50 brochures, 100 is even better.  It has been proven time and time again that customers want that brochure in their hands – it is your shop – that is how you will be successful and able to build you business.  Put sticky notes on each brochure you hand out in person – ask for that person’s contact info and tuck the note where you can call them in a few days to follow-up, ideally before they have had a chance to misplace your brochure!

*Shipping charges are based on your order size and whether your order was placed on time.  

*In any campaign, you can order from the current brochure as well as the previous brochure.

*In any campaign, you can order from the next 2 campaigns What’s New.  However, once that campaign begins, you must order your products from the brochure. (eg. If we are in C15, you may order from the What’s New 16 and the What’s New 17). As a new Representative, you may purchase 2 of each product from the What’s New unless specified. When there are 2 prices listed in the What’s New, you pay the “R” price.

You should also purchase some bags for packaging and delivering your Avon products to your customers.

Bags range in size and price and are available both in paper and plastic.

You can find them under Sales Tools from your online order form. Choose yourself as customer, over to the left is the gray shaded area to choose “sales tools” – Here is also where you might see if any “samples” are available.  I usually try to match samples to what is on sale in my current brochure.
